Scheduling

Your calendar stays in sync with Outlook (Google Calendar coming soon), so you always know what’s next.
Client Portal
Section titled “Client Portal”Clients get their own space to book appointments, complete forms, and manage their payment info. You spend less time on logistics. They feel more in control of their care.
Telehealth & In-person visits
Section titled “Telehealth & In-person visits”Video sessions are built right in. When it’s time, you click a button. Your client clicks a button. You’re both there. If you also see clients in-person, you can set that up per event type and add your office address. Clients pick how they want to meet when they book.

Section titled “Payments”Charge your client’s card once the session is done, or send them a payment link. For clients who pay by cash or check, you can track those manually too.

Build custom forms and send them to clients whenever you need to. Share a link publicly or privately with specific clients. Responses show up in the client’s record automatically.
Insurance Claims
Section titled “Insurance Claims”Check eligibility before the session, submit claims to the payer, and see when they’re accepted or rejected. If something needs to change after the payer’s accepted it, replace or void the claim without leaving the app. Currently in beta.

Supervision
Section titled “Supervision”If you’re supervising clinicians, you can review and sign off on their notes directly in HIPAAtherapy. Your supervisee writes a note, requests your review, and you approve it or ask for changes.
The review history stays attached to the note, so there’s always a clear record.
