Symptoms remain consistent with generalized anxiety disorder (F41.1). Client is making measurable progress toward treatment goals, demonstrating independent use of grounding techniques during one of two panic episodes. Continued weekly treatment is medically necessary to reduce panic frequency and prevent functional decline at work.

Provided psychoeducation on the panic cycle and practiced paced breathing in session. Homework: daily 10-minute breathing practice and a panic log. Next session will review the panic log and begin building an exposure hierarchy. Weekly frequency justified by active panic symptoms affecting occupational functioning.
