Pricing questions
Yes, and we'll walk you through it. Ask us and we'll turn on data uploads for your account. You export from your current system, upload the files, and we take it from there.
Yes. Check eligibility before the session, then submit the claim as an 837P through Stedi, our clearinghouse. You'll see when the payer accepts or rejects it, and when the payment report comes back we post the payment automatically. Rejected claims can be corrected and refiled, and accepted claims can be replaced or voided. Claims cost $0.20 each and eligibility checks $0.15.
Yes. Pick the plan on the client's record and click Check. Benefits, co-pay, deductible, and plan status usually come back in a few seconds.
Yes, through Stripe. Charge a card on file, send a payment link the client pays on their phone, or record cash and check payments manually. Stripe pays out to your bank directly, so we never touch card numbers.
Yes. Add as many clinicians as you need, and use built-in supervision to review and sign off on supervisee notes before they're finalized.
