Subscription & Billing

Your trial starts the moment your practice signs up and lasts 30 days.

Plans are priced per therapist, billed either monthly or yearly:

Every staff account on your team counts as a seat, whether they’ve logged in yet or not. If your practice has three therapists, a monthly plan runs $147/month.

Insurance claims are turned off by default. Email [email protected] to have them enabled for your practice.

  1. Go to My Account in the sidebar.
  2. Under Billing, pick Subscribe monthly or Subscribe yearly.
  3. Enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout page.

Only practice admins see the Billing section and can subscribe or manage payment - therapists on your team won’t see it.

Once your payment goes through, your plan shows as active right away. If Stripe needs a moment to confirm, you’ll see a brief “payment received” message while it finishes.

Your seat count - and your bill - updates automatically as you add or remove staff accounts. Add a fourth therapist partway through the month and Stripe invoices you for the prorated difference immediately; remove one and your next invoice reflects the lower seat count.

From My Account, click Manage billing to open Stripe’s billing portal. From there you can:

  • Update your card on file
  • Switch between monthly and yearly billing
  • Cancel your subscription

If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period - there’s no early cutoff.
